Accessible Parisian Food Tasting Experience
This accessible Parisian food tasting experience is the icing on the cake on your accessible Paris vacation! Explore the heart of good food, the so-called “belly of Paris” Montorgueil, and enjoy lively commentary and recommendations by your native Parisian guide as you eat your way through this wheelchair friendly guided Paris tour.
Your accessible Paris food tour starts in the pedestrianized neighborhood by rue Montorgueil, a historic food market street which resembles something from a picture or a movie; butchers, bakers, fresh fish, cheese mongers, oyster stands, and specialty stores are peppered throughout the area.
On this accessible 2 hour Paris guided tour, your private guide will escort you through the streets of Paris using wheelchair friendly routes, all while sharing anecdotes and stories about the area and the food (of course). During your wheelchair friendly tour, you’ll visit the bakery that “started the baguette revolution” in 1996, sample different kinds of cheese, creamy coffee, delicious French pastry, and soft drinks.
Although this is a food tour, you should still remember to bring your camera to capture beautiful historical buildings, centuries old food signs and window shops, award winning food stores.
This accessible Parisian food experience is ideal for first time visitors to Paris as well as seasoned visitors to the city of Love (and food).

Accessibility Description
I gave the Accessible Parisian Food Tasting Experience a 4 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because it involves a step-free tour route. It is a short 2 hour tour and covers approximately 1 km of walking/strolling and can be tailored to your specific needs. Your private Parisian guide will safely lead you through the sampling locations, and there are accessible bathrooms located along the way.
Tour Details
Tour duration: 2 hours
Cost: €445 for 1 person, €473 for 2 people, €590 for 3 people, €640 for 4 people, €787 for 5 people, €885 for 6 people.
Days of the week the tour is offered: Tuesdays through Saturdays. Not available on Sunday and Monday.
Meeting place: Entrance of the pedestrian district of Montorgueil under the green arch.
Maximum number of people on tour: 10 people
Entrance tickets: Not necessary.
