I gave this hotel a 3 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because it has a wheelchair ramp at the entrance and step-free access leading to the disabled hotel rooms with widened bathroom doors. It did not get a higher rating because it has a bathtub instead of a roll-in shower.

This luxury accessible Florence hotel room has a bed for two people with room for a wheelchair to fit on the left side. There is a desk on the right corner of the room.
 

The accessible bathroom toilet has a grab bar on the right side. The sink has room underneath for a wheelchair users knees to fit. The bathtub has grab bars and a handheld shower.

The hotel entrance has a portable ramp that can be used to help disabled guests with wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

The hotel elevator is wide enough for a wheelchair or mobility scooter to fit.

The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of the city!

There is an accessible outdoor patio.
