While wheelchair users may have difficulty with the steep ramp at the entrance and the breakfast room, staff is available to help push wheelchair users up both ramps. This Istanbul wheelchair accessible hotel has a disable hotel room with a roll-in shower and a bathroom door wide enough for wheelchairs.

The tram line that runs by the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia stops 4 blocks away from this wheelchair accessible hotel in Istanbul. It has a couple of authentic Turkish restaurants within a block of the hotel that are popular with locals.

We gave this hotel a 3 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because although it has a step-free entrance and a roll-in shower, the ramp at the entrance is very steep. If the ramp was not as steep, we would have given it a 4 star rating.

The disabled hotel room at this Istanbul hotel has a large bed that can be separated into two beds. It has a desk and a small sitting area to the right of the bed. Wheelchair users can pull up to the foot of the bed but won’t be able to position the wheelchair at the sides of the bed.

The wheelchair accessible room at this Istanbul hotel has a roll-in shower. Disabled guests can pull the desk chair into the shower to sit on. The shower has a hand-held shower head and no grab bars. It does have straps that hang from overhead that disabled guests can use. There are no grab bars next to the toilet.

The hotel staff can lay down this ramp down into the breakfast area. Wheelchair users will likely need assistance to go up and down the ramp. The ramp at the hotel entrance has a similar steepness.
