Highlights of Paris Accessible Driving Tour
Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Pont Neuf, the Champs-Elysées, and more….disabled and senior visitors will see all the highlights on this Paris accessible driving tour!
Transportation is via a private vehicle with a wheelchair ramp, and an English speaking driver provides commentary for each of the sights on this 3 hour driving tour.
Your driver/guide will use a wheelchair accessible vehicle to comfortably drive you between attractions. The tour route visits Paris highlights in both the Left Bank and Right Bank (sights listed below).
The Highlights of Paris Accessible Driving Tour includes:
– Accessible private transportation with a wheelchair ramp
– 2 hour driving tour to see all the main sights
– Lively commentary by your friendly English-speaking driver
– Tour guide familiar with the needs of disabled travelers
– Pick-up and drop-off anywhere in central Paris
– Great photo opportunities and memorable sightseeing in Paris!
– If you have a wheelchair or mobility scooter, please provide the width, length, and height (with the passenger sitting in it) when you make your reservation.
If you’re short on time in Paris, this tour itinerary is for you. If you have more than a few days in Paris, we recommend the Panoramic Paris Wheelchair Accessible Driving Tour because it skips some sights you will likely visit during other days on your trip (the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, the Champs-Elysées) and instead visits sights that are more difficult to reach (Sacre Couer, Place de la Republique, Place de la Bastille).
– Notre Dame
– Pont Neuf
– Seine River
– Latin Quarter
– Saint Germain des Prés neighborhood
– Orsay Museum
– Invalides (Napoleon’s tomb)
– École Militaire (military college)
– Eiffel Tower
– Arc de Triomphe
– Champs Élysées
– Place de la Concorde
– Royal Palace
– Louvre Museum
I gave the Highlights of Paris Accessible Driving Tour a 5 Star Sage Accessibility Rating (our highest rating) because it includes a vehicle with a wheelchair ramp and no long distances to walk/roll.
Your transportation on this accessible Paris driving tour will be in a clean, modern accessible black taxi. The car has a built-in wheelchair ramp. Manual wheelchair users and electric wheelchair users can roll into the car.
During the Highlights of Paris Accessible Driving Tour you will see one of the most famous medieval churches in the world, the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral (shown in the photo on the left). The tour also drives through the Left Bank to see the Latin Quarter and the Pantheon (shown in the photo on the right) which is the final resting place for Voltaire, Victor Hugo, Émile Zola, and many more.
The Highlights of Paris Accessible Driving Tour is more than just a drive-by tour. You’ll also hear about the guillotine executions that occurred at Place de la Concorde (shown in the photo on the left) and the World War II allies that passed through the Arc de Triomphe!
