Rest assured this is not just a drive-by tour. This tour includes interior visits to plenty of sites and offers some truly unique accessible experiences. Your private tour guide is eager to show you around!

This 5-hour accessible excursion begins with an introduction to the history of San Juan. There is a lot to discover on the Highlights of San Juan Accessible Tour or Shore Excursion: a mesmerizing fort, Spanish architecture, a delicious traditional island lunch and the lively Paseo de La Princesa in the Old Town, which is the oldest, intact, a colonial city in the entire western hemisphere. Escorted by your knowledgeable tour guide, you will explore the Castillo de San Cristobal, which is the largest fortress built in the new world. The fort is one of the most accessible forts in the Caribbean, with ramps, an elevator, and accessible restrooms available. Admire old artifacts in the exhibition hall, watch a short video on the history of the fort in the theater room, and explore the second level of the Fort using wheelchair friendly routes. There is also an accessible souvenir shop available.

After exploring the Fort, your tour continues with a drive through the city to a hidden gem, a traditional island restaurant that represents the true authentic Puerto Rico! Enjoy delicious food, listen to the tunes of local music, and see servers clothed in traditional colonial clothes. It’s not just-food. It’s an experience! The venue is fully accessible with accessible restrooms available as well (cost for food not included).

The final part of your day will be spent in the area of Old Town, with a leisurely stroll down the charming Paseo de La Princesa. Browse the many small vendors stands, enjoy some lively street music, grab a local snack, and learn about the island’s rich history.
