When staying here, you’ll be a short 5-minute stroll from Mallory Square and enjoy sweeping views of the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. You’ll also find that the swimming pool has disabled access via a lift.
This accessible Key West resort offers a relaxing, fun setting that’s easy to navigate in a wheelchair. The main entrance is flat on the ground floor with extra wide doors. The restaurant and bar area can be accessed via ramps. There are no guest rooms located on the main floor, however, elevators are available (41.5” wide) to access all levels without having to navigate any steps. The resort style pool area has flat surfaces and several seating and lounging options available. The pool has a lift for disabled guests to enter the water. This wheelchair friendly Key West Waterfront hotel offers a modern, upscale setting with sleek décor throughout. The hotel has 7 ADA rooms with roll-showers, 4 double queen rooms with tub/shower combos and 2 double queen rooms with roll-in showers. The handicap rooms have doors that open automatically inward once the room key has been swiped. In the rooms you will find a private balcony, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen cable TV and a small refrigerator. For the disabled bathrooms, you can choose between a roll-in shower with grab bars or a bathtub with grab bars upon booking. Both options also feature grab bars by the toilet. A shower bench is also available.
This accessible resort is located right in the heart of the city so you won’t have to worry about transportation. Within a short stroll, you’ll find Duval Street and Mallory Square, and other highlights such as the Key West Shipwreck Museum and Key West Aquarium are located 0.2 miles. Also, while the hotel has a wonderful onsite restaurant, several other restaurants are located only a few miles from the hotel.The area surrounding the hotel is flat and free of hills, and designated disabled parking is available right in front of the hotel.

This Hotel received a 4-star Sage Accessibility rating because it is ADA compliant and offers excellent features for disabled guests. The hotel is equipped with lifts, ramps and wide doors to make navigating it easy for guests in mobility equipment. The hotel offers a special lift to enter the pool for disabled guests. The guest rooms are spacious and have flat, smooth flooring. It did not receive a higher rating because the shower bench may not be sufficient for disabled guests.
The accessible disabled rooms at this hotel come with a comfortable King bed or two double beds. The flooring is flat, smooth tile.
The accessible bathrooms have two options: Choose between a roll-in shower with grab bar and shower bench or a bathtub with grab bar. There is also a grab bar located by the toilet. A floating sink with space underneath makes it wheelchair accessible.
The hotel offers a lift into the pool to avoid the steps if needed.
