It has this high ranking because of its multiple features that are wheelchair friendly such as a step free front entrance with a wide door, smooth and flat common spaces, and wide elevators. Please note there are no attached shower chairs in the accessible roll-in showers. A shower stool may be requested upon booking. The hotel did not receive a higher rating because some of the areas around the hotel in the Old Town are slightly hilly and can be challenging for some guests.
