You will also find free WiFi. The disabled bathrooms offer a barrier-free roll-in showers with grab bars and a handheld showerhead. Grab bars are also located by the toilet which is 16 inches tall to the seat. A portable shower chair can be provided upon request.

The resort is equipped with lifts, ramps and wide doors to make navigating it easy for guests in mobility equipment. It did not receive a higher rating because in order to access the private island where the resort is located, guests must take a small ferry. The ferry has a portable ramp to enter. It is narrow and may not work for larger equipment types.
