Your professionally licensed tour guide will meet you at the cruise port and escort you to the Old Town, entering the same way as the medieval merchants would have arrived to the city in the old times.
Your tour guide will inform you about the history of Upper and Lower Towns and along the way, you will see things such as Fat Margaret Tower, Church of St Olaf, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and much more!

The Essential Tallinn Accessible Walking Tour has a 3 star Sage Accessibility Rating because it follows a step-free route. It did not receive a higher rating because you will encounter mild to moderate cobblestones along the way and the guides are unable to push a wheelchair.
The tour is step free however there are some curbs and cobblestones. Most places have plain sidewalks and your tour guide will lead you along a route that includes pavement as much as possible (shown below). The tour guide can arrange for someone to push manual wheelchairs at a cost of 15 USD per hour.
