This half-day accessible Monte Carlo walking tour uses step-free walking/rolling routes between the Monte Carlo cruise dock and the sights perched high overhead on Le Roc.

Your officially-licensed tour guide will bring you through a series of elevators to reach the historical district of Monaco-Ville.

The Royal Monaco Accessible Guided Tour takes you on a picturesque stroll thought he charming heart of the city, where you’ll see the majestic Monaco Cathedral and the tomb of Princess Grace Kelly. Please note, an interior visit of the Cathedral may be possible if there are no official ceremonies preventing it. You’ll also see the breathtaking façade of the Oceanographic Museum where explorer Jacques Cousteau was the director for over 30 years.

If you visit in the morning you can catch the Changing of the Guard in front of the Royal Palace. And how about those views of the Monaco Port and the Mediterranean Sea?!

Accessibility Details

The Royal Monaco Accessible Guided Tour begins with your local tour guide meeting you at the accessible Monaco cruise terminal. She will escort you over a flat 500 meter walkway that curves around the Monaco-Ville cliffs.

 

A series of elevators will bring up to Monaco-Ville where you’ll see the Oceanography Museum and the Botanical Garden. Please note: If the elevators are out of order, your guide will escort you using accessible public transportation to reach the Monaco Rock.

 

Your accessible guided Monaco tour will use curb cuts like those shown in the photo on the left. It will avoid Monaco stairs like those shown in the photo on the right.

 

The Royal Monaco Accessible Guided Tour provides photo opportunities both looking south into the Mediterranean (shown in the photo on the left) and looking north over the Monaco harbor (shown in the photo on the right). Great place for a group pic!

 

Tour Details

Tour duration: 3 hours
Cost: €972 for 1-2 people, €1022 for 3-4 people, €1072 for 5-6 people.
* 50 euro off if booked as part of an accessible cruise & excursions package
Days of the week the tour is offered: Every day of the week (changes to the itinerary may occur during the Grand Prix period). Also, please note that on national holidays a supplement of €240 will be added on top of the regular cost.
Meet-up time: 8 am or 1 pm

Dress code: No shorts or tennis shoes to enter the Grand Casino
Maximum number of people on tour: 10 people
Entrance tickets: Some entrance tickets are free for disabled visitors if they have an ID card from their home country stating the percent of their disability.
